Type: Double lateral overlapping and double Lengthinal overlapping.
Note: If the roof tiles are installed on battens, the useful length must be calculated on site. It must be installed in compliance with the UNE EN-136020 standard for the design and assembly of roofs with ceramic roof tiles and the Tejas Borja specifications.

TB-12 roof tile is the classic S-Interlocking format by Tejas Borja as one piece high profile roof tile, with multiple discontinuous, especially designed for the tight assembly of the parts aligned in vertical rows and horizontal courses.
With 12 units per sq.m. TB-12 roof tiles are currently the S-interlocking roof tiles most used in residential buildings.

TB-12 roof tile is available in BorjaCLASS : Manufacturing using high-quality, very fine, red sintered clay. very low absortion and extremely strong.
TB-12 roof tile is also available in BorjaBLANC ( selection of special white clay). Ideal for the Mediterranean climate.
Note: TB-12 Graphite roof tiles and accessories (not BorjaDECOR) present small unavoidable scratches. These appear due to the stacking of the roof tiles during the manufacturing process, handling and transportation to the jobsite. It does not affect the roof tile technically or structurally, they are only visible in the hand, therefore they comply with Tejas Borja quality standards.
